M.I.S.S. August: Snakers Sneakers
It's the first of the month and time to introduce M.I.S.S.'s August Playmate of the month. This month we are featuring a vintage throw back from the 80's, Snakers. I can't find anything on these sneakers...I found about 5 pairs of them in Pasadena earlier this year, they come in a high-top version and low top version...slightly reminiscent of the Reebok Freestyle. A few, ok many few, years ago, I owned and wore almost daily Snakers shoes. I had 5 or 6 pairs and wore them until they shed all their skin. I wore white, lt grey, drk grey, tan, brown and black. I saw other people in not only those but every color from apple green to yellow. I have looked for them occasionally since. This is the 1st time I have seen them anywhere. I loved them! Does anyone make them now?
