The Goods! are taking over Manhattan! I'm happy to announce Zachary's Smile as part of The Goods! family. With two locations in NYC, one in Greenwich Village and the other in NOHO, there is more than enough vintage to go around! They also house their own name sake collection of darling dresses and tops...so many options, you are sure to find something that fits your steeze! Here's a look at the most recent shipment of The Goods!

Hand Picked Vintage at Valley NYC

A dream realized. My background in the fashion industry goes back to high school. I've worked all levels of retail; sales, buying, management, merchandising. On the wholesale side I've done sales, sourced the goods and manufacturers, made the patterns, sewn the samples and designed the clothes. It has always been my goal and dream to treat my vintage finds as one would treat a collection of designed and manufactured clothing...complete with all the branding and promotions that go into having a successful line. Well, things are moving in that direction and I couldn't be happier! Valley, located in the Lower East Side of New York City, has been an account since this past summer. We're taking the vintage game to the next level. Every season we'll work together to curate a collection based around the Valley customer. This new collaboration comes complete with a special hang tag...just like a new brand would have. The collection will focus on fine fabrics: silk, cashmere, wool and of course unique items. Branded Vintage...the future looks bright and adorned in vintage!!!! YAY!

The Goods! at First Among Equals NYC

That's right gents, you can now get some man goods! at First Among Equals in NYC. My homeslice, Alice of Rockit Retro and I are offering up a selection of vintage fancy man shoes at this fine LES establishment. Stay posted for much more to come. Meanwhile get some beetle boots, jazzy shoes or something to "loafer" around in (that was horrible, I know) at First Among Equals and show the streets who's boss...that would be you papi ;)

Re-Up: Boot York City!

I told you it was going to rain boots on NYC! Here's a guide to get the boots you need for this Fall. Might I suggest that you have the following in your wardrobe for this season: low heel/flat boot in brown and black, at least one pair that's high and sexy, and an ankle bootie. This is the bare minimum...and you'll probably really need two pairs of low heel/flat boots in black and probably in brown too and then it's alwasy fun to have a wild colored pair too...the list goes on! And remember: with vintage, BUY IT WHEN YOU SEE IT, once it's gone it's gone!

New York City, get ready cause it's about to rain boots. Ya'll ain't ready for the bounty of boot booty I am about to bring to the big apple. I stopped counting at 80 pairs.
