Reduce, Re-Use, Recycle...Andrea Crews.

One of the great things about vintage clothing is that you are re-using old items, bringing them back for a second, third, forth go. In most cases you are saving money, getting a unique item and recycling old fashions...great for the environment, great for you, we all win! For years I considered myself a "vintage purist", the mear thought of re-constructing, deconstructing, chopping up a vintage item made my heart stop. I thought to myself, these items are meant to be as they were...well I have changed my attitude over time and although I might have a heart attack if you even consider bringing a pair of scissors near a vintage Pucci, Gucci or Fiorucci...some items could use a little change. I recently came across Andrea Crews via a new fashion blog, The Clones.
