Iowa-wa-wa-wa-what!!
Of course I had to visit the family on my way back!!! But before I got in I had to take a "detour" at Iowa 80, "the worlds largest truck stop". Now, I have been to many truck stops in my time and I just might bet that this is the worlds largests and if not, it is pretty darn close. I realize I am straying from the path of vintage clothing but there are somethings I never thought a trucker needed, like a rubber chicken and wanted to share with you...enjoy good buddy!

There were two real trucks in here. You could get inside and play truck driver or if you where an actual truck driver you could check out all the latest trucker 'ish.

Sweet steering wheel selection..

Wasn't kidding about these...

Was really thinking about buying these...

For all those truck stop cuties...

Keep your ride lookin' tight...

and bright...kinda reminds me of that one Sean Pual video...
Got in late night and my timing was perfect for the Hill Billy Fleamarket which was happening the next day...

Rolled out to the flea with the family...Was fun to know you can still come up on good stuff for a quarter, like 'Teen magazines from the 70's...Also, good to know that even in Fort Dodge, Iowa they know what's up...

I sware ZZ Top was selling this. At least it was there look alikes.
If you have been following my ride, this is the same fleamarket I attended 25 years ago with my mom and grandma. (see first post, "It Runs Deep"). Was a neat feeling to be back, would have been even more amazing to be able to have mom and Grandma Rose (R.I.P) in this picture but you get the idea...

And lastly a little inside joke steeze...I sware they are 15.5" inches long, I couldn't help but think how excited "u" would be!!
